Description:
The Model 336A & 336S cabinet system is a versatile, modular design providing for control of up to eight vehicle and four pedestrian phases. This cabinet is ideal for use with Model 170E or 2070 traffic controllers (available at wpsignal.com). The use of standard sub-assemblies, as pre-defined by CALTRANS and FHWA, assures interchangeability between manufacturers.  All sub-assemblies are mounted in a removable 19" EIA rack for ease of maintenance and are fully interchangeable with the Model 332, 336S, 336C, and 333 cabinets.  Constructed of heavy 0.125 inch aluminum, the 336A provides a durable, weatherproof enclosure.  The 336A & 336S can be base mounted using an 8" high "M" adapter.  It can also be mounted on the side-of-pole or top-of-post positions.
