Description:
The Model 332 cabinet system is a
versatile, modular design providing for control of up to eight vehicle and four
pedestrian phases. An optional loadbay output file configuration provides six additional load switch
positions for use as overlaps, seven wire interconnect outputs or a variety of
special function outputs. Ample space is provided for mounting two type 170 or
2070
controllers for Master/Local applications. The use of standard subassemblies, as
defined by CALTRANS and FHWA, assures interchangeability between manufacturers.
All subassemblies are mounted in a removable 19" EIA rack for ease of
maintenance and are fully interchangeable with the model 336, 336S, 336C, and
333 cabinets. Constructed of heavy 0.125" Aluminum, the 332 provides a
durable, weatherproof enclosure. An optional lower input termination panel
provides a point to terminate all input field wires. The panel is located on the
left side wall of the cabinet as viewed from the rear door. without the lower
input termination panel, field wires are routed through the Panduit duct and are
connected directly to the input file terminals.
Your W.P. Signal representative can customize
your quotation to include a variety of cabinet finishes (anodized or custom
paint), controller with local intersection software, LED or LCD loop detector
amplifiers, Caltrans standard or enhanced conflict monitoring, and dual
indicating load switches. Custom communication panels and fiber trays
installation is available, as well as on-site technical turn-on support,
anywhere in California.
